5. Delivery day & time

We deliver November 14 through Christmas Eve.

Someone needs to be there to receive the tree during your window. If we can’t complete the delivery, a redelivery is charged the full delivery fee again.

What comes with every tree?

All trees come with tree food and a disposal bag included, at no extra charge.

Where do the trees come from?

Fraser Firs grown in the mountains of North Carolina, trucked fresh to Miami and fresh-cut before delivery.

Can you get it up to my apartment?

Yes. Add your unit number and building notes, and we’ll coordinate with the front desk or freight elevator.

Can I use my own stand?

Yes. Our crew installs it at your home for an off-site installation fee, which is included in your quote. If it’s broken or can’t safely hold the tree, our driver can swap in a Cinco stand on the spot.

I need a tree taller than 10 ft.

We deliver and set up trees up to 20 ft for homes, lobbies and businesses. Call (305) 707-4469 for a custom quote.

What are the delivery times?

Pick a 3-hour window: 11 AM – 2 PM or 2 PM – 5 PM. Evening delivery from 5 PM – 8 PM is available for houses only. Someone needs to be there to receive the tree; if we can’t complete the delivery, a redelivery is charged the full delivery fee again.

How do I get it out after the holidays?

Every tree comes with a removal bag. It goes under the stand at setup, so you just pull it up around the tree and carry it out with no needles on the floor.
