What we collect
When you request a quote or place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address, the trees and options you choose, and your delivery day and time. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your quote, deliver and set up your tree, send your receipt, text you about your delivery, and keep delivery records (including the signature and setup photo taken at delivery). If you request a quote but don’t book, we may email you a reminder about it.
Marketing emails
If you check “Email me reminders and holiday offers,” we may email you offers and next season’s booking announcements. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don’t send marketing text messages.
Cookies and advertising
Our site may use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. These tools use cookies and similar technology to measure visits and show our ads to people who visited our site. We may also share a hashed (scrambled) version of customer emails or phone numbers with these platforms to reach past customers. You can control ad personalization in your Meta and Google account settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business: Square (payments), our email provider, and our website host, and with your building’s management if you ask us to provide a certificate of insurance.
